1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "the Terms ") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and pvip (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the pvip website located at https://pvip.bar, including all services, features, content, casino games, sports betting markets, and promotional offers made available through the platform.

By accessing the pvip platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pvip platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with pvip's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and pvip.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an account with pvip, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This minimum age requirement is strictly enforced. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes fraud and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion register maintained by pvip or any responsible gaming body recognised by the Company.
• You have not previously had a pvip account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.

Each player may hold one registered account only. Duplicate accounts are a breach of these Terms. pvip reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any bets or bonuses associated with them.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and a valid contact method. pvip may request supporting documentation to verify the information provided at any time, including prior to processing any withdrawal.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your pvip account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any third party to access or use your account.

pvip strongly recommends that you use a strong, unique password for your account and that you log out fully after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

Any activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and bonuses claimed — will be attributed to you and treated as authorised unless you have previously notified pvip in writing that your account has been compromised. pvip accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact pvip support immediately at support@pvip.bar so that the account can be secured without delay.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

All deposits to pvip accounts are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits:

• bKash — instant mobile banking transfer
• Nagad — instant mobile banking transfer
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking
• Upay — United Commercial Bank mobile wallet
• Visa and Mastercard — subject to card issuer approval

Deposits are credited to your pvip wallet upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed at the point of deposit and may vary by payment method. pvip does not charge fees on deposits made via Bangladeshi mobile banking services, however your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, anonymous prepaid instruments of unknown origin, or any account that cannot be verified as belonging to you are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and return of funds to the originating account.

pvip reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time. Any such changes will be communicated to registered players with reasonable advance notice where possible.

5 Withdrawals and Verification

You may request a withdrawal of your available real-money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed identity verification (KYC) to pvip's satisfaction before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be fully satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• The withdrawal must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and are displayed in the withdrawal interface.

pvip processes withdrawal requests as promptly as operationally possible. Verified accounts using bKash, Nagad, or Rocket as their withdrawal method benefit from the fastest processing times. pvip accepts no liability for delays caused by the player's payment provider after the withdrawal has been dispatched from pvip's systems.

pvip reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests where the amount is large, the account activity is unusual, or where required by applicable anti-money laundering standards. During such reviews, the withdrawal may be temporarily held pending satisfactory completion of the review. pvip will communicate the reason for any hold to the affected player promptly.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

pvip offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players, including but not limited to the 200% Welcome Bonus (up to ৳20,000 on first deposit), reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, supplemented by any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be made. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be used within the time period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically without further notice.
• Game Restrictions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Some game categories may be excluded from bonus wagering entirely. Contribution percentages are stated in the promotion terms.
• Minimum Odds: Free bets and certain sports bonuses may require minimum odds conditions to be met for qualifying bets. Bets placed below the minimum stated odds will not count toward wagering requirements.
• One Bonus Per Player: Players are entitled to claim each individual promotion once only unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Abuse of Bonuses: pvip monitors bonus activity and reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where patterns consistent with bonus abuse, hedging, or arbitrage betting are detected.

pvip reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in and begun satisfying the wagering requirements, a reasonable pro-rated adjustment may be made at pvip's discretion.

7 Betting Rules — Sports

Sports betting on pvip covers cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC events), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other sports markets as available. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on pvip:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. pvip is not responsible for technical errors that display incorrect odds, and bets placed at clearly erroneous odds are subject to cancellation.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or not completed within a specified timeframe, settlement rules specific to that sport and market will apply as published in pvip's full Sports Betting Rules document.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to real-time availability. pvip reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice.
• Maximum bet limits and payout caps apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed in the betslip prior to confirmation.
• Settlement of bets is based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, FIFA). pvip's settlement decision is final subject to the dispute process set out in Section 15.

8 Casino Games and Fair Play

pvip's casino lobby features games supplied by certified third-party software providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. pvip does not modify game outcomes, adjust return-to-player (RTP) rates, or intervene in any way in the operation of the game engine.

Published RTP values for each game are determined by the supplying software studio and reflect the theoretical long-term return calculated over millions of game rounds. Individual session results may differ materially from the theoretical RTP, and past results are not indicative of future outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game session — including disconnection, software error, or server failure — the affected game round may be voided and the stake returned to the player's account. pvip's technical log records are the authoritative source for resolving disputes regarding game round outcomes.

Players must not use any software, tool, or technique to gain an unfair advantage in casino games, including but not limited to bots, exploit scripts, or collusion strategies in multi-player games. Such conduct will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pvip platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one account or registering an account on behalf of another person
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or scripts to interact with the platform
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or display errors to obtain an unfair advantage
• Laundering money or using pvip to facilitate any financial crime
• Making fraudulent chargebacks or disputes against legitimate pvip transactions
• Colluding with other players in casino games or sports betting markets
• Placing bets connected to any form of match-fixing or corrupt activity
• Abusing the bonus system through hedging, arbitrage, or any strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming activity
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pvip staff or other players via any communication channel

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the pvip platform — including but not limited to the pvip brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and structural layout — is the intellectual property of pvip or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pvip platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any pvip content without prior written consent from the Company.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pvip's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any service provided shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pvip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if pvip has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

pvip does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical issues, third-party outages, and force majeure events may affect platform availability. pvip will use reasonable endeavours to restore service promptly but accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime.

12 Privacy and Data

pvip collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at pvip.bar/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

pvip uses SSL encryption and industry-standard security measures to protect player data in transit and at rest. Player financial data is handled through certified payment processing systems and is not stored on pvip's primary servers beyond what is required by applicable record-keeping obligations.

13 Responsible Gaming

pvip is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to players seriously. All registered players have access to the following responsible gaming tools at no cost, available directly from their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit into your pvip account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automated notifications after a set period of continuous play to encourage regular breaks.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) during which you cannot deposit or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account and prevent re-registration for a minimum period of six months.

14 Amendments to These Terms

pvip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pvip will provide registered players with reasonable advance notice via email or on-platform notification. The effective date of the updated Terms will be prominently displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the pvip platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date.

15 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. pvip is committed to resolving disputes with players fairly and promptly through its internal complaints procedure.

If you have a complaint or dispute, you must first submit it in writing to pvip's support team at support@pvip.bar. pvip will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a full written response within 14 calendar days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved to the player's satisfaction through this process, further escalation options will be communicated at that stage.

You and pvip both agree that any formal legal proceedings shall be conducted on an individual basis. Class action proceedings or consolidated claims against pvip are not permitted under these Terms.
